A new Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Marina Bay Council and Marina Bay Group to guide long-term planning and governance.
The agreement sets out shared goals for environmental management, infrastructure delivery, and civic amenity planning across the 150-acre Marina Bay City development.
Council’s focus is to ensure that future residents, businesses, and visitors benefit from smart design, connected infrastructure, and sustainable public services from day one.
